ABOUT

Hi, and thank you for visiting.

My name is Navninder Singh, and I come from a small town named Khanna in Punjab, India. Professionally, I work as a Software Engineer, and I've used some of those skills in my spare time to build this website.

I began working on this project in 2025 — as a personal effort to make Gurbani more accessible to readers who may not otherwise be able to engage with it in its original language. It has since grown into a space I care for deeply, and I'm always glad to hear from the people who read it.

I'd Love to Hear From You#

If something on the site moved you, confused you, or left you with a question — I want to know. If you've noticed an error, or think a translation could be improved, please tell me. And if there's a particular Shabad, discourse, or piece of Gurbani you'd like to see added or translated, I'm always open to suggestions.

This site grows through that kind of conversation. Many of the additions here have come directly from readers who took a moment to write in.

So whether you have:

  • Feedback on something you've read
  • A question about a translation or its meaning
  • A request for a Shabad, article, or topic you'd like covered
  • Or simply want to say hello

please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Contribute an Article#

If you'd like to write for Sachi Taksal, you're welcome to. Simply send in your article along with your name and any relevant details, and I'll review, edit, and publish it on the site.

Help This Project Grow#

Sachi Taksal doesn't have a large team — right now, it's run by just me, purely as an act of seva for the Guru. If you'd like to be part of this project and help it grow, whether through your time, skills, or ideas, I'd genuinely welcome the support.
